Ragnir is a balanced dragon legend who uses the Katars and Axe as his weapons. He can be unlocked for 5400 gold. A full building-sized dragon compressed into the size and shape of a human, Ragnir's draconian origin is seen in his fiery red scales, curved ashen horns and toothy, snouted head. Ragnir brings a dragon's rage, speed and, much more noticably, fire breath to Valhalla's eternal tournament, using these in conjunction with the sheer joy of battle to best his opponents. He may be in an unfamiliar form, but in no form is a dragon ever to be trifled with.

Ragnir Malakkir Rex is an apex predator, a dragon ninety feet long in his natural form. He hunted the Fangwild Forest and its neighboring lands, and everything he met was prey or plunder.
The first years after Ember's disappearance from the Fangwild were good for the dragons. Without its heart, the eldritch forest descended into chaos, opening paths to new lands to ravage. Ragnir's favorite entrance to a new land was to emerge from an erupting volcano silhouetted against gouts of lava. In fire and battle, Ragnir's hoard grew. He collected mountain hearts from unlucky dwarf kings. He wrested so much gold from the Madman of Barbados that he is the pirate's Moby Dick. His fangwild lair grew so vast it was mistaken for a city of gold.
But now under mysterious assault, the forest is knotting itself into pure madness, and disaster looms. Ragnir knows the Fangwild's only hope is to restore its Heart, and he journeyed to Asgard to bring Ember back. To that end he takes humanoid form and fights in the Tournament, reveling in the battle. At night he reverts to dragon form, soaring over Asgard to find the path back to the Fangwild or just eat Odin's sheep.

A full building-sized dragon compressed into the approximate size and shape of a human, Ragnir sacrifices some aspects of his dragon form while keeping other physical draconian traits. He keeps his fiery red outer-body scales and tan underbelly, as well as his curved ashen horns and toothy, snouted head, but trades away his wings and fully formed dragon-limbs for much smaller, clawed hands and short legs. His feet, however, distinctly betray his lizard-like origin, as they curve from the knee to his hooked toes, making lower legs completely obsolete. He is otherwise unarmored, save a pair of gray scale pauldrons on his shoulders, and a gray scale cingulum around his waist covering a pair of similarly gray shorts.

|Neutral||Ragnir does a short hop into the air, spewing fire from his mouth in a short puffing arc above and slightly in front of him. If an opponent or opponents are struck by the flame, Ragnir drifts up further and follows with a fast downwards strike with both katars, knocking the opponent downwards and away. This move shifts Ragnir forward slightly.||A good anti-air move. Its original fire blast hitbox is quite vertical in its shape, allowing to catch aerial approaches more easily.|
|A quick forward dash is followed by a leaping horizontal lunge with both katars pointed forward - Ragnir ignites both katars with his flame breath as he leaps then slices the curtain of flame open at the apex of the lunge, producing an arcing shape. This move strikes twice in rapid succession, first during the lunge and again when Ragnir slices outwards.||Like Azoth's axe side sig and Val's sword side sig, this move covers some distance before the actual attack comes out, meaning opponents close to Ragnir won't be hit. Can also be used for repositioning.|
|↓||Ragnir hops up into the air and spits a quick blast of flame a modest distance in front of him. If there is no ground where the flame hits, the burst of flame extends slightly lower than it otherwise would. This move carries a tremendous amount of force, comparatively, and moves Ragnir forward ever so slightly.||Great for edge guarding, and comes out lightning-fast. Has long cooldown after the attack and requires good positioning, but can be incredibly useful because of its speed.|

|Neutral||An arcing curtain of flame-breath, emitted over Ragnir's head, from front to back. If opponents are struck by the flame, Ragnir follows with a vicious slapping chop upwards with the axe, knocking them up and away.||Similar to Jhala's Sword neutral signature in that the attack does not hit anyone directly in front of him – only above. However, Ragnir’s attack covers a wider area.|
|Ragnir leans back and ignites his axe with his fiery breath before performing a short, leaping overhead chop with the now flaming weapon, impacting with a splash of flames. If there is no ground underneath where Ragnir lands, the move follow through in a circular arc below Ragnir, and there is no splash of flames.||Somewhat resembles Barraza’s Axe down signature, but is designed to be used in offense rather than defense. The splashing flames may knock an opponent backwards rather than forwards if they are standing very close to Ragnir.|
|↓||DRAGON'S FIRE! Ragnir leans forward and spews a gout of continual flame in front of him. Anything struck by the flame is lit on fire and subsequently struck by a slapping upwards chop from Ragnir's axe, knocking them upwards and back. This move attacks continually while charging, similar to Ulgrim's lance down sig chainsaw attack.||Just like Ulgrim’s attack, this move hits while it’s charging, not when it’s released, making it a good confusion move. However, it must be used extremely carefully because the burst of flame is closer to the ground. Try slide-charging it off the ledge for style points and better coverage.|

- Ragnir's default weapons are the Dragon Scale Katars (katars) and the Dragon Axe (axe).
- Ragnir's bot name is Ragnobot.
- Ragnir is the second Legend to hail directly from the Fangwild, the first being Ember. Naturally Ragnir's lore is tied closely to both Ember and the Fangwild.
- Ragnir is also the fourth Legend to have entered Valhalla explicitly without passing away, after Bodvar, Orion and Kor. Fifth if one also counts Diana.
- Ragnir is the only legend to have Dexterity and Armor as their highest stats, although neither of them are especially high.
